WiFi extenders
Stable Wi-Fi signal throughout the home
WiFi extenders can eliminate weak signal "dead zones" in your apartment or office. These devices amplify the signal of your existing wireless network, providing a reliable connection even in rooms further away from the router.
Our selection includes 2.4 GHz, N300 models, higher-speed dual-band AC1200 range extenders, as well as devices that provide a wired connection to individual devices, such as smart TVs or gaming consoles, via an RJ45 connector.
- Easy-to-install, plug-in Wi-Fi repeaters
- N300 models offering 2.4 GHz, 300 Mb/s speed
- Dual-band (2.4 and 5 GHz) AC1200 range extenders for a more stable connection
- Versions equipped with RJ45 (LAN) connectors for wired devices
- Solutions specifically optimized for home and small office use
When should you choose a Wi-Fi repeater?
A Wi-Fi range extender is needed when the main router's signal does not reach every room, or when the signal is weak and intermittent. This is particularly common in larger apartments, with thick walls, or in multi-story family homes. With a well-configured extender, the existing network can be extended to the balcony, garage, attic, or closer parts of the garden.
The Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi Range Extender Pro CE repeater, for example, provides a 2.4 GHz, 300 Mb/s N300 connection, which is perfect for general browsing, emailing, and streaming HD videos. Models like the Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi Range Extender AC1200 offer dual-band (2.4 and 5 GHz) technology, providing greater bandwidth and a more stable connection, even while serving multiple devices simultaneously.
Important technical considerations when choosing
Before purchasing, it's worth considering the required speed, the size of the area to be covered, and how many devices will connect at once. N300 (300 Mb/s) solutions are excellent for internet browsing, online education, and general home use, while AC1200 labeled dual-band types may be a better choice for 4K streaming, online gaming, or higher traffic networks.
- Speed: N300 (300 Mb/s) or AC1200 (dual-band, higher bandwidth)
- Frequency band: either 2.4 GHz only, or 2.4 + 5 GHz for faster, less congested connections
- Connectors: RJ45 (LAN) port for connecting wired devices (PC, TV, console)
- Placement: between the router and the poorly covered area, still at a good signal strength point
- Compatibility: ability to synchronize with existing router and internet subscription
Use cases at home and in the office
Wi-Fi repeaters are ideal for reliably serving smart TVs, media players, IP cameras, laptops, and smartphones at the edges of the network. A model equipped with an RJ45 port, for example, is suitable for directly connecting a single wired device – such as a PC or gaming console – to the extender, while other devices continue to connect via Wi-Fi.
For business users, these devices provide a practical, cost-effective solution for covering temporary work areas, meeting rooms, warehouses, or smaller office spaces, without the need for new cabling or additional access point installation.
