3 W high-power LED with a long life time

Equipped with a powerful 3 W Luxeon LED, the Ex-light guarantees best visibility for up to 20 hours. Depending on the brightness requirement, two light modes are available. In the maximum brightness level, the luminaire reliably emits neutral white for 9 hours, and in energy-efficient dimmed mode, up to 20 hours of glare-free work light. Mode Function 1 | Max. 120° swiveling lamp head

In case the LED lamp is used in the workshop or as portable working light its light beam can be aligned individually to the working area thanks to the 120° continuously swiveling lamp head.

Emergency light function included

Outside the Ex area, the luminaire can also be used as emergency lighting. Functionality: If the PL-AT800 is in the charging cradle during a power failure and is connected to the mains, it will automatically switch on because to the integrated emergency lighting function. When power is restored, the lamp automatically turns off. In the event of a power failure, the Ex lamp thus becomes a reliable light source, e.g. in industrial and production halls, machine rooms or other rooms without windows or in the dark.

Li-ion battery – High quality, light, powerful

The versatile Ex-light has a very efficient, against overheating, over-and over-discharge protected Li-Ion battery. The maintenance-free Li-Ion battery with its high energy density guarantees a long service life and also minimizes the weight of the lamp considerably. In the practical charging cradle, the Ex-lamp can be securely fixed and charged at the same time. During charging, the current state of charge of the battery can be read on the basis of 3 LEDs on the charging station. During operation, a threatening deep discharge of the battery is indicated by a flashing LED on the back of the battery Ex-lamp is displayed. Thanks to low self-discharge, the Ex work light remains always ready for use. The 230 V power supply and the charger are included. Please note: The charging station is not ex-protected and must therefore not be installed and operated in an explosive atmosphere.

Easy to use – highly visible charge status indicators

Easy to use The rubberized push button switch allows easy operation even with work gloves. The switch can be used to turn the light on or off and select the desired light mode. Highly visible charge status indicators During operation, a threatening deep discharge of the battery is indicated by a flashing LED above the push-button switch.

Indestructible dust and waterproof housing – IP 65 to IEC 60529

Antistatic, shock- and impact-resistant housing The housing of the PL-AT800 is antistatic, extremely robust and made of shock- and impact-resistant heat-resistant plastic with additional glass fiber reinforcement. The high-quality LED module is protected from possible damage by a hardened clear glass. Dust and waterproof – suitable for indoor and outdoor use Thanks to the dust and waterproof housing (IP 65 according to IEC 60529), the Ex light can be used both indoors and outdoors.
