The cable between the VE.Direct and VE.CAN interface makes the data from the BMV-700 available to the VE.Can network. For example, in cases where they can be read by a Color Control GX device.
Limitations:
• The interface cable cannot be used with other VE.Direct products, such as solar chargers, inverters, and the BMV-712 Smart device.
• When used with the BMV-702 device, the operation of the AUX auxiliary function in the BMV device is limited: when measuring the starter battery voltage, the voltage value is transmitted to the VE.Can device. However, when measuring temperature and/or mid-voltage, the data is not transmitted to the VE.Can device.
