The unique PowerAssist feature
The MultiPlus prevents the overload of limited capacity AC power sources, such as generators or shore power connections. First, the battery charging is automatically reduced when an overload would otherwise occur. The second level enhances the performance of the generator or shore power supply with power from the battery.
Uninterruptible AC power supply (UPS function)
In the event of a network failure, or when the power supplied by the shore or generator is disconnected, the inverter within the Multi unit automatically activates and takes over the power supply to the connected consumers. This happens so quickly (in less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electrical devices continue to operate without interruption.
Essentially unlimited power supply thanks to parallel operation
Up to 6 Multi units can be operated in parallel to achieve higher output power. Both three-phase and split-phase operation are possible. Please check our datasheets for which types have parallelizable, three-phase, and split-phase operational capabilities.
Remote monitoring and control
When paired with a GX device (e.g., Cerbo GX unit), it allows for the monitoring and control of your Multi unit and system, or systems, locally (LAN), or remotely from anywhere via the Internet, using the free VRM app and the free VRM portal. Access can be achieved from a phone, tablet, notebook, and computer for multiple operating systems. The level of control is virtually limitless, from setting the Multi unit to automatically start the backup generator to countless other options.
