The unique PowerAssist function
The MultiPlus prevents overloading of limited capacity AC power sources such as generators or shore power connections. First, the battery charge is automatically reduced when an overload would otherwise occur. The second level boosts the generator or shore power with the power from the battery.
Uninterruptible power supply (UPS function)
In the event of a grid failure, or when the shore power or generator power is disconnected, the inverter inside the Multi-unit automatically switches on and takes over the power supply to the connected loads. This happens so quickly (in less than 2 milliseconds) that computers and other electrical equipment continue to operate without interruption.
Virtually unlimited power supply thanks to parallel operation
Up to 6 Multi-units can be operated in parallel to achieve higher output power. Both three-phase and split-phase operation are possible. Please check our datasheets for which models have paralleling, three-phase and split-phase operation capabilities.
Remote monitoring and control
When paired with a GX device (e.g. Cerbo GX unit), the Multi allows you to monitor and control your unit and system(s) locally (LAN), or remotely from anywhere via the Internet using the free VRM app and free VRM portal. Access can be provided from phones, tablets, notebooks and computers, even for multiple operating systems. The level of control is almost endless, from setting the Multi to automatically start the backup generator to countless other options.
