PoE Extralink 48V 24W power supply
Extralink Poe power adapter (power adapter) designed to provide power to network devices such as media converters, access points, cameras, etc. over selected twisted pair cables. The 48V 0.5A poe power supply allows for the transmission of Gigabit Ethernet network data while providing power. This model enables gigabit eth speed transmission, is a passive poe solution, and does not comply with the ieee 8023ataf standard. Unlike power supplies with 5.5/2.1 mm jack connectors, the Poe adapter allows for direct power supply to Gigabit Poe devices, eliminating the need for additional network accessories.
The power supply comes with a 1.2-meter long power cable ending with a clover type connector and has two RJ45 ports. One connects to the device to be powered, while the other is for connecting a patch cord to a switch or router. It can be installed in locations such as living spaces, telecommunication rooms, or rack cabinets.
If any of the following protections are triggered: short circuit and overload protection, the power supply will cut off the voltage to the device. After the fault is cleared, the power supply will automatically restore the voltage.
