The Extralink SFP 1.25G optical transceivers are high-performance, cost-effective single-mode optical SFP modules that support 1.25 Gbps/1.0625 Gbps data transfer speeds and up to 20 km transmission distance over SMF fiber. Single-mode optical fiber is used for data transmission. The Extralink SFP 1.25 G operates on a wavelength division (Tx=1310 nm, Rx=1550 nm). The SFP 1.25 G optical module consists of three main parts: FP laser transmitter, PIN photodiode with integrated transimpedance amplifier (TIA), and an MCU control unit. Each single-mode SFP module meets Class I laser safety requirements.
