10G WDM 1270/1330 40km LC DDM module pair for single-mode optical fiber

The EXTRALINK SFP BIDI transceivers are compact single-mode SFP modules that provide bidirectional optical data transmission (for example, 10GBASE-LR/LW according to the IEEE 802.3ae standard). The SFP optical module is equipped with a 20-pin SFP connector, allowing the transceiver to be connected without shutting down the device.

The EXTRALINK SFP BIDI is designed for single-mode optical fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of 1270 nm or 1330 nm. The transmitter section uses a multimode DFB quantum dot laser that complies with the International Safety Standard IEC-60825, while the receiver section employs an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) that is built into the optical head, as well as an IC limiter power amplifier. The single-mode SFP module supports data transmission speeds between 9.95 Gbps and 10.3 Gbps.
